Methods of payment

In order to ensure ordering in our online shop is as comfortable and secure as possible we offer several payment methods.
To protect your data the entire ordering process is encrypted with an SSL certificate.

Payment in advance

Please wire the total invoiced amount upon receipt of your order confirmation to our account. The shipment will occur once your payment has been deposited.

Payment by invoice (only dealer)

Current fleur ami customers have the option to pay by invoice, if they have already passed a positive credit check by our credit insurer Euler Hermes and are secured by a corresponding credit insurance.

Alternatively, the terms of this insurance oblige that existing customers must have purchased twice within the past 12 months and must have paid the corresponding invoices within the due date. This can be achieved by paying cash in advance, credit card, PayPal or Cash on pickup for these two deliveries.

• domestic terms of payment: Bank transfer without deductions within 14 days.
• terms of payment abroad: bank transfer without deductions within 30 days.

In case one of these options does not apply, we can offer you payment by cash, credit card, PayPal or cash on pickup.

Payment by PayPal, credit card and direct debit

Pay easily and uncomplicated with PayPal using your classic PayPal account or (without a PayPal account) also by direct debit or credit card. During the order process, select the PayPal payment method and the desired payment method. In the next step you can enter your data or (depending on the method) you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal page to enter the required data for the payment.

Paying cash, at the time of pick up

When picking up an order it is possible to pay cash. Please select this option when placing your order.
