The new, double-walled CLASSIC planters from the fleur ami PREMIUM COLLECTION have a wide, recessed rim and score points with their simple yet elegant design. The gelcoat vessels impress with special quality features and thus ensure long-lasting pleasure in indoor and outdoor decoration. The basis of the products is a light and robust glass fiber composite material, which is covered with an approx. 2 mm thick gel coating - in a technique known from shipbuilding, which ensures that the material is osmosis-resistant and thus absolutely impermeable to water even after years. In contrast to conventional, much thinner coatings, which are usually only 0.1 mm thick, a gelcoat coating is impact- and scratch-resistant, UV-stable and weatherproof. This means that the surface does not flake off, looks good for a long time and the vessels are therefore absolutely suitable for outdoor use. In addition, the gel coating convinces with its resistance to acids and chemicals; neither dog urine nor cleaning agents can leave unsightly traces on the surface of the container. Especially in public areas such as pedestrian zones, outdoor restaurants or in front of stores, the many advantages of gel-coated containers open up a wide range of applications. The recessed intermediate base ensures easy planting, while a counterweight in the base of the container provides greater stability. They also have a drain with a twist lock. Another advantage: For the planters, there are both optionally available stainless steel stands in two different designs, which provide further stability and an anti-theft device for the vessels, as well as an optionally available ground spike. Thanks to the ground spike, the containers can also be placed on soft surfaces such as earth and meadow - thus no firm foundation is required and the possibilities for use are virtually unlimited.
