RIGHT OF REVOCATION
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the last goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (fleur ami GmbH, Höhenhöfe 6, D-47918 Tönisvorst, +49 (0) 21 51-93521-0 (Tel), +49 (0) 21 51-93521-10 (Fax), info[at]fleur-ami.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached model cancellation form (LINK) for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return the goods to us or hand them over to us (address for returns: fleur ami GmbH, Retourencenter, Höhenhöfe 6, 47918 Tönisvorst) without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the period of fourteen days.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. In the case of goods that cannot be returned normally by post due to their nature, these shall amount to a maximum of EUR 60 per pallet. Actual shipping costs can be requested at any time for an individual order.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
Rules for traders
The right of withdrawal applies to consumers, but not to traders.
However, as a gesture of goodwill, we offer traders to take back goods for which the direct consumer has exercised the right of withdrawal vis-à-vis the trader.
In this case, we will reimburse the retailer for the value of the goods concerned less a processing fee of 10% of the corresponding value of the goods (but at least 20 euros). The delivery costs originally incurred are not refundable. For the repayment, we use the same means of payment that the merchant used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the merchant. Repayment shall be made as soon as the goods have been received by us and have been subjected to an inspection.
The goods must be returned or handed over directly to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which the merchant was informed of the revocation of the contract (address for returns: fleur ami GmbH, Retourencenter, Höhenhöfe 6, 47918 Tönisvorst). A copy of this revocation must be provided to us.
The direct costs of returning the goods will not be borne by fleur ami GmbH but are to be borne by the retailer or the end consumer.
Any loss in value caused by handling the goods in a manner not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods shall be deducted from the dealer's account.
